It took me a whole 20 minutes to dig out the original and scan it. Aren't you proud and humble to have been part of a fine group of servants, for this long?
Begun in March 1973 as a part of the national Star Trek Association for Revival, STAR OKC was central Oklahoma's most influential seedbed of fandom through 2005. ..... This blog exists to document fandom in central Oklahoma. The area was home to PsurrealCon/PseudoCon, ThunderCon, and Soonercon (née SoonerCon) -- all begun or supported by members of STAR OKC.

SoonerCon 30 Wasn't Our First Homecoming!
In 1990 my future employer, the State of Oklahoma, gave a certificate to SoonerCon 2006 as "an official Oklahoma Homecoming '90 community."
It took me a whole 20 minutes to dig out the original and scan it. Aren't you proud and humble to have been part of a fine group of servants, for this long?

1990 - SoonerCon 6 Program Book, Part the Fourth and Last
Of the two fan groups above, Serendipity is still alive and well.
With these images we conclude the SoonerCon 6 Program Book.
By the way, our charity in 1990 was the YWCA Battered Women's Shelter, and SoonerCon 6 donated $2000 to them.
Thanks for stopping by! See you in 2019!

1990 - Soonercon 6 Program Book, Part 3
SoonerCon 6 was November 2-3-4, 1990, at the Central Plaza Hotel. Here are pages 20-29 of the Program Book.
I believe it was at this PsurrealCon that I participated with Larry Nemecek in a panel called "The Ersatz Spock versus the Unreal McCoy." Of course, Larry played Ye Olde Doc.
Speaking of the ThunderChief, ThunderCon 1 took place the next May-June!
And the Artist GOH at RocKon 15, Belinda Christ, was later a President of Star OKC (a lesser of her accomplishments).
The rest of the Program Book next time. Thanks for stopping by!
Don't we all need a friendly computer store?

1990 - Soonercon 6 Program Book, Part 2
Here are the 6th through 19th pages of the SoonerCon 6 Program Book.
Alicia Austin provided the whimsical cover art, too.
Well, that's it for now. There are 20 pages of images left.
Thanks for visiting.

1990 - Soonercon 6 Program Book, Part 1
SoonerCon 6 took place on November 2-3-4, 1990, at the Central Plaza Hotel.
Our fine cover art is by Alicia Austin.
Our charity was the YWCA Battered Women's Shelter, the same as SoonerCons 4 and 5. Our total given to our charity this year was $2000. And we were thankful to help.
Lois McMaster Bujold was GOH; Art GOH was Alicia Austin, with Toastmaster William F Wu.
Well, that's it for this installment, friends. Don't forget to get your still-discounted Pre-Regs, at SoonerCon.com!
